We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to focus on enterprise HealthTech customers in Florida. The ideal candidate has sales experience in HCLS with a terrific reputation for overachieving quota while focusing on the customer. This person should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against account plans and consistently deliver on revenue targets. Must be able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and have very strong verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. The Senior Account Executive will be an exceptionally strong and creative thinker who thrives in a team environment and embraces all aspects of selling. You will drive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses of your customers. In this role, you will represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across the strategic accounts you manage within the Enterprise customer market segment. Key job responsibilities - Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory and industry vertical. - Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. - Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan. - Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services. - Accelerate customer adoption. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline. - Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption. - Manage contract negotiations. - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. - Ensure customer satisfaction. Basic Qualifications - 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent Preferred Qualifications - Experience with AWS and technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) - Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects for global customers - 7+ years of creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role or equivalent experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field - Experience in cross functional selling (architect, sales engineer, professional services, partner, and ISV) - 8+ years of technology-related sales, marketing or business development experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
