Sr Workday Configurator
**Job Description:** **This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. AT&T is looking for a **Workday Configurator** to be responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent and Performance or related modules. This role collaborates with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure Workday meets organizational needs. The Workday Configurator will create, test, and implement configuration changes, provide technical support, and participate in Workday upgrades and new feature adoption. **What you’ll do:** + Configure, test, and deploy Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, or Talent and Performance) according to business requirements. + Partner with business users to understand system requirements and translate them into functional Workday configurations. + Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend Workday system enhancements. + Develop test plans, conduct unit and end-to-end testing, and resolve configuration-related issues. + Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. + Evaluate, test, and implement new features and functionality from Workday releases. + Provide ongoing support to end-users, resolve system issues, and deliver training as needed. + Ensure system configurations comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. + Work closely with other Workday team members, IT, HR, Finance, and third-party vendors as necessary. **What you’ll need:** + Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). + 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday modules. + Strong understanding of Workday’s business processes, security, and reporting. + Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, calculated fields, or integrations is a plus. + Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. **What we’d like:** + Workday Pro certification or other relevant Workday certifications. + Experience with Workday implementation projects. + Background in HRIS or Finance systems within large organizations. + Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Our **Sr Workday Configurator** earns between $105,600 - $158,400 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
