As the Sr Trade Sales Specialist, you will Identify revenue opportunities and utilize TS data to find cross sell opportunities
Primary responsibilities include:
Deliver Supply Chain Finance solutions that help clients achieve their working capital objectives.Manage the day-to-day performance of Supply Chain Finance programs.Drive profitable revenue growth through expansion of the client portfolio.Lead business development and champion product development.Interface with the bank asset distribution market. Work closely with functional partners and third parties to enable and enhance program delivery.Identify trends and opportunities through market knowledge, external research, and client feedback.Interface with internal partners such as Operations, Credit, Risk, Legal, Marketing, and Product teams. Lead strategic initiatives / projects.Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
10+ years of Supply Chain Finance experience in a banking or financial services environment.
Established knowledge of Supply Chain Finance Products, including Receivables and Payables.
Understanding of technologies and operational processes that support and enable supply chain finance.
Comfort with credit, risk management, and the credit underwriting process, as well as program documentation.
Ability to effectively articulate working capital and trade finance concepts.
Detailed understanding of the client needs that drive product usage.
Demonstrated ability to deliver profitable growth.
Ability to identify and pursue revenue opportunities through data-driven analysis, including cross-sell strategies.
Strong analytical capabilities.
Adept at client call preparation and market research using social media and market intelligence tools, and management of team and deal meetings.
Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams.
Strong communications skills.
Strong work ethic; self-motivated, passionate, and driven to achieve results.
Team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment.
Ability to travel as needed.
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F
The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
