Sr Test Technician

Summary: Seeking a Senior Test Technician to perform mechanical and electromechanical testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on small parts and components.

Requirements:

Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Proficient in using test equipment, hand tools, power tools, and electric soldering Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and sketches US Citizen required

Preferred Skills:

Vocational training or apprenticeships in related field Proficient in Microsoft Windows software applications

Responsibilities:

Perform routine mechanical/electromechanical testing according to company procedures Review schematic drawings for operation sequence confirmation Conduct tests to verify circuitry effectiveness in amplifiers/electronic equipment Troubleshoot circuits/components using schematic drawings as verification Set up test equipment per specifications; conduct diagnostics with various test equipment Provide written failure descriptions with root cause analysis Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
