Sr Test Engineer

Responsible for mechanical testing and verification, regulatory compliance documentation, and materials and process evaluation for product development and validation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)

Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles

Proven expertise in mechanical testing and verification

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards

Materials and process knowledge

Experience with test execution and data analysis

Proficiency with relevant engineering and testing tools/software

Preferred Skills

Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis tools

Experience with automation or programming (Python, LabVIEW)

Familiarity with CAD design for test fixture development

Prior exposure to medical device testing or related industries

Certifications in quality systems or testing standards (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ)

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and document mechanical testing and verification activities

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry requirements

Analyze test data and generate detailed reports for verification and validation

Develop and maintain materials and process documentation

Collaborate on test fixture design and improvements

Support product development and validation through rigorous testing practices

Pay: 40-60

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
