Supervised and Lead Test Engineering Team管理和领导项目测试团队Collaborate with Customer与客户合作Training TE Engineer on design circuitry and failure analysis skill培训测试工程师电路分析和失效分析技能Setup Test equipment & stations设立测试设备和工位Review DFM requirements检查生产所需设计的要求Set up ATE test program建立ATE测试项目Prepare & Review Cpk, GR&R, GoNoGo, SOP Report准备与检查Cpk, GR&R, GoNoGo, SOP报告Test Automation review & approve DFM, FAT & SAT, IQC & OQC related documents测试自动化检查与审批DFM, FAT & SAT, IQC 与OQC相关文件Collaborate with respective supplier on test design concept与相关供应商合作构建测试设计概念Support EE on providing the 1st level FA for failure units.支持设备部提供第一层失效分析Support EE on DOEs & FA actions required支持设备部DOE与FA行动所需Troubleshoot system applications on customer's request根据客户寻找系统应用故障Resolve engineering issues regarding systems application解决系统应用相关德工程问题Conduct regular follow up on customer's system level activities跟进执行客户系统应用相关事项

The experience we’re looking to add to our team 职位要求:

Associate's degree or above大专以上学历5+ years‘ power or PCBA experience in test maintenance/product testing/ failure analysis5年以上电源或电子组装行业测试维护，产品测试，失效分析经验Capability of handling foreign customers有与外国客户处理问题的能力Can read and write in English具备英文读写能力
