A Day in the LifeS＆R全体に関わる、コマーシャルオペレーション、サプライチェーン、チャネルマネジメントなどの関連部門をつなぐ要として、事業運営を支える重要な役割を担います。本ポジションでは、新製品の導入、製品のフェーズイン/フェーズアウト管理、バックオーダー（BO）などのリスク低減を目的とした業務プロセスの最適化を推進し、各部門との緊密な連携を通じて、事業戦略および業務の円滑な遂行を支援します。これにより、ビジネスの成長に貢献するポジションです。

主な業務内容
“A Day in the Life”

OUとファンクションチーム（コマーシャルオペレーション、サプライチェーン、チャネルマネジメント）の間の主要なコミュニケーションハブとして機能し、業務の効率化と最適化を推進する。物流業務の管理（出荷スケジュール、アロケーション計画、物流パートナーとの調整を含む）を行い、ビジネスの優先順位に基づいたタイムリーな製品供給を確保する。バックオーダー（BO）を効果的に管理し、潜在的なリスクを特定するとともに、出荷の優先順位を設定し、関係者との明確なコミュニケーションを維持する。マーケティング戦略および流通計画と連携し、新製品導入や製品のフェーズイン／フェーズアウトに伴う物流業務を適切に調整し、業務の混乱を最小限に抑える。出荷数量の確定、アロケーション指示、在庫・物流関連の問い合わせ対応など、日々の業務を遂行する。SAPの障害や物流クレームなどのオペレーション上の課題に迅速に対応し、効果的な解決策を実施するとともに、関連チームと協力して業務の安定化を図る。四半期末などの繁忙期において、物流戦略を適切に実行し、納品および売上目標の達成を支援する。

知識/経験

MS-Word, Excel, PowerPointを活用した高度なデータ分析・レポート作成スキル関係部門との円滑な調整を実現するための高いコミュニケーション能力と交渉力複雑な業務プロセスの中でリスクを特定し、最適な解決策を導き出す分析力中級以上の英語スキル（業務上のやり取りが可能なレベル）TOEIC740点以上

学歴

学士号取得者

あると望ましい要件(Nice to Haves)

業務経験

コマーシャルオペレーション、物流管理、またはサプライチェーン業務において実務経験がある方新製品の導入や、改善業務の経験がある方医療業界での業務経験

知識/経験

キャピタルサービスの知識/経験コマーシャルオペレーション、物流調整、またはサプライチェーン管理における実務経験新製品の物流管理や製品ライフサイクルの移行に関する業務経験Power BIを活用したデータの可視化や高度な分析レポートの作成能力
