Skills and Requirements -8-10 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably within banking or financial services -Demonstrated experience delivering projects in large, enterprise‑scale organizations -Strong understanding of IT delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) -Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills -Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities -Experience working with senior executives and steering committees -Experience with core banking systems, payments, cybersecurity, data, or regulatory initiatives PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications -Experience with Canadian banking enviornments -CIBC experience
