As a Senior Technical Program Manager on the Foundational AI team, you will deliver AI-based productivity solutions for over 600K Amazonian knowledge workers. Your efforts will directly contribute to Amazon delivering more by reducing: toil, overhead, document writing time, planning, research and analytical workflows. You will build AI-driven productivity tools which simplify the work of employees and builders and enable access to AI agents, workflows and productivity data so that builders can make their own AI solutions. You will design adoption and rollout programs, devise both business and technical metrics and coordinate AI productivity tool efforts and adoption across all of Amazon.
