Sr Technical Product Manager
**Job Description Summary** The Technical Product Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative data analytics solutions, including Dataiku on AWS and Intelligent Automation Platform Observability. The role emphasizes improving service maturity, managing platform costs, optimizing workforce resources, and driving operational rigor through lean principles and standard work processes. Acting as a liaison between technical teams and internal customers, the individual ensures alignment, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. The individual will act as a liaison between technical teams and internal customers, driving continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and strategic alignment. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Define and execute the product roadmap for Dataiku on AWS, aligning with business goals and customer needs. + Define and execute the roadmap for Intelligent Automation Platform Observability. + Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in data analytics workflows and cloud integration. + Collaborate with senior architects and platform architects to ensure alignment of product strategies with architectural standards and best practices. + Establish and maintain standard work processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions. + Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor product performance and internal customer satisfaction. + Implement lean principles to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies. + Drive service level daily management and operate with LEAN mindset. + Serve as the subject matter expert for Dataiku and AWS, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization. + Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. + Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features. + Act as a liaison between technical teams and internal customers, ensuring alignment and clear communication. + Build strong relationships with internal customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. + Create feedback loops to continuously improve product offerings and operational processes. + Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, including planning, execution, and delivery. - Both Dataiku and Intelligent platform automation and observability. + Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring successful implementation. + Track product performance metrics and generate insights to inform decision-making. + Use Dataiku and AWS tools to analyze data and optimize workflows. + Optimize AWS resource usage to minimize costs while maintaining performance and scalability. + Monitor and manage platform costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and financial goals. + Develop cost-saving strategies, such as rightsizing instances, leveraging reserved instances, and using cost-effective storage solutions. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience + Minimum 3 years of professional experience incomputer science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. + Strong understanding of machine learning, data pipelines, ETL processes, and AWS cloud integration. + Cloud Services: AWS (EC2, Lambda, CloudTrail, X-Ray, CloudWatch, S3, IAM) + Strong understanding of Containerization & Orchestration: Docker & EKS. + Strong understanding of software engineering. + Familiarity with advanced analytics platforms like Dataiku workflows. + Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and internal customers, ensuring alignment and clear communication. + Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience The base pay range for this position is $110,700.00 - $184,600.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
