Sr Tech Writer/Editor

Summary: Seeking a Sr Tech Writer/Editor to create and revise complex technical documentation supporting company products.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience

5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in defense industry

Familiarity with military and commercial standards

Experience with XML Authoring Tools (e.g., Arbortext Epic Editor, Oxygen)

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional

Knowledge of Interactive Electronic Technical Manual development processes

Experience with Validation/Verification on vehicles

Content Management System experience

Responsibilities:

Create and revise technical documentation for marketing, operation, repair, and maintenance of products

Ensure documents conform to standards and specifications

Utilize publishing software for creating product descriptions and procedures

Ensure compliance with customer requirements and engineering standards



Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
