As a Sr Tech Supp Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing technical support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of support specialists, ensuring the successful execution of technical support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will report directly to our Manager and you’ll work out of our Hsinchu City location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our technical support operations by managing a team, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Lead and manage a team of support specialists to provide technical support for projects. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans. + Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex technical problems. + Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical support processes and efficiency. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Minimum 6 years of experience in technical support or related roles. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Proficiency in technical support tools and methodologies. + Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. **WE VALUE** + Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related field in Engineering. + Desired experience in managing technical support teams. + Strong analytical skills and a passion for innovation. + Experience with customer relationship management tools. **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
