Contributes to the achievement of operational targets by executing tasks that are typically routine, with some standard deviation from standard practice. Organizes workflow of routine processes to support the Executive Team efficiently and productively Main duties & responsibilities: + Operating all site utilities to required cGMP standards, safely and efficiently, whilst improving uptime, including mechanical, electrical and control systems. + Ensure maximum maintenance support for the Value Streams is provided at all times. + Carrying out all routine and non-routine tasks delegated by Facilities Maintenance Technician management (Team Leads, Planner, Engineers, Manager) according to appropriate procedures and standards. + Implementing site preventive Facilities Maintenance Technician routines. + Assist the department in achievement of outstanding M.T.T.R. and M.T.B.F. metrics. + Developing procedures and equipment files. Assisting with generation, review and revision of Facilities Maintenance documentation. + Promote an environment of continuous improvement and innovation in line with lean thinking + Participate and implement the 6s/GEMBA program within the Facilities Services areas. + Assisting in construction, commissioning and qualification of equipment. + Maintain a log of activities carried out on equipment i.e. actual hours works, spare parts used, equipment downtime etc using the site Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). + Electrical/Mechanical Isolation of equipment to ensure equipment is safe to work on. + Ensure compliance to all aspects of the Health, Safety and Environmental procedures. + Ensure all hazardous and non-hazardous materials are disposed in line with company procedures + Assisting with Shutdown preparation and execution across the site + Providing rostered on-call cover as the need arises. + Responsibility for the safe accomplishment of all activities within the Facilities team, whilst following all statutory, environmental, regulatory (cGMP), corporate site and team practices and procedures. + Responsible for ensuring contractors align with company environmental policy regulations & also for waste management within areas of responsibility + Ensuring that housekeeping standards in the entire facility are maintained to a very high standard. + Supporting investigation and resolution of problems. + Familiarization with Facilities Technician standard processes. + Undertaking training to keep skills up to date. + Key proficiencies required: + Support training of other technicians. + Collaboration and partnership. + Initiative and motivation. + Share ideas and suggestions for improvement and encourage others to do the same. + Demonstrate Credo value of integrity. + Work as a strategic partner with all other teams within the company. + Promote an environment of continuous improvement **Required Skills:** **Preferred Skills:** Access Control (AC), Communication, Facility Management, Facility Management Software, Inventory Control, Proactive Behavior, Process Oriented, Security Planning, Service Excellence, Teamwork, Training Administration, Wayfinding, Workflow Analysis
