Job Description:
Required Skills & Technologies
Overall, 5+ years of experience
Working knowledge of Angular 17 and .NET 8
Familiarity with Bootstrap and Angular Material for UI support
Experience using Visual Studio 2022 and VS Code
Understanding of IIS 10 deployment and configuration
Experience with SSRS for report support and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and web application architecture
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or workarounds
Maintain the uptime and reliability of deployed applications and APIs hosted on IIS 10
Track and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs
Document known issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on incident status and resolution timelines
Production support - should be flexible to work in rotational shifts supporting EST timings. Oncall for 24x7 support.
