Sr Tech, Facilities (Condition Based Maintenance)

Your purpose-driven work will help leave lasting and positive impacts on patient lives. **How you’ll make an impact:** + Perform more complex analysis, condition-based maintenance (predictive maintenance) and preventative maintenance, utilizing -asset management system. (Maximo) + Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections / equipment conditions to determine proactive maintenance work necessary for continued operation of facilities and manufacturing assets. + Provide support reporting issues noticed in interior and exterior spaces, including landscape. + Provide support monitoring inventory level and reorder to replenish supplies for spare parts related to condition-based maintenance tasks. + Perform daily logging and inspection of facilities systems including production facility environmental support systems to ensure operations within specifications. + Provide support obtaining quotes and initiate purchase requests for maintenance and renovation work. + Perform predictive maintenance inspection of critical facilities systems to detect abnormalities for predictive maintenance action to prevent premature system failures. + Other duties assigned by Management. **What you’ll need:** + H.S. Diploma and Technical degree and/or diploma in Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Electromechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, or related fields. **Required** + 4 years of experience with knowledge of predictive maintenance processes and/or Reliability methodologies. **Required** + Certification in the use of predictive maintenance technologies, vibration analysis, thermography, and/or ultrasound. **Preferred** + Intermediate English level. **Required** + Availability of working in Shift A (Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) **What else we look for (preferred):** + Good communication skills. + Able to read, comprehend, speak, and write English. + Good computer skills, including MS Office and Internet Explorer. + Ability to use hand and power tools. + Ability to read and understand blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings and specifications. + Ability to identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward and more complex situations. + Knowledge of and adherence to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to general and controlled spaces + Strict attention to detail. + Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams. + Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner. + Ability to represent the organization to outside contacts, e.g., contractors, vendors, suppliers. + Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
