If you're ready to contribute to a highly reliable and secure worldwide network and make your mark in the realm of aviation technology, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey. **What YOU will do:** + Manage multiple projects from start to finish + Directly interfacing with customers and field technicians + Order and activate WAN circuits; troubleshoot if necessary + Coordinate with various internal and external departments to ensure circuit installation is complete. + Procure equipment per project requirements + Configure Cisco routers and switches according to set design + Coordinate shipping and/or export control (as required) + Create cutover/migration plans + Schedule and perform cutovers with customers + Update documentation (change orders, asset records, circuit records and diagrams) + Occasionally work evenings and weekends to accommodate global customer change windows **Qualifications you must have:** + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience. + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
