Serves as a skilled resource for the team and supports process improvements. **How You'll Create Impact** + Handles more complex or high-priority surgical inventory requests. + Verifies, tracks, and updates orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. + Acts as a resource for team members, providing guidance and training. + Uses advanced features of ERP/MRP systems to monitor inventory movements. + Troubleshoots order issues and collaborate with other departments to resolve problems. + Coordinates closely with warehouse staff to ensure smooth handoff and fulfillment. + Monitors inventory returns and reconciles discrepancies. + Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations. _This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act._ **What Makes You Stand Out** + Deep understanding of surgery coordination processes. + Ability to guide, train, and mentor less experienced team members. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Effective communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. + Commitment to timely, safe, and accurate delivery of surgical materials. **Your Background** + High School Diploma or Equivalent + 4 years of relevant experience **Travel Expectations** + No travel expected EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
