Sr Supply Chain Planner

Senior Supply Chain Planner role responsible for managing product supply, inventory levels, and new product launches for medical product lines.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field

Minimum 4 years of relevant supply chain, planning, or operations experience, or advanced degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Experience with purchasing, demand or supply forecasting, and supplier management

Experience employing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in supply chain activities

Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools or modules

Strong mathematics, analytics, and statistical background demonstrated through education or professional experience

Experience with standard computer applications including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field

APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or related professional certification

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Six Sigma, Lean, and DMAIC experience or certification

Experience managing cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or medical device environment

Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA-regulated environments

Job Responsibilities

Manage supply planning activities for designated medical product lines to ensure product availability while meeting inventory targets

Develop and maintain supply plans using ERP and MRP tools to balance demand, supply, capacity, and inventory

Support and execute flawless new product launches from a supply and inventory perspective

Monitor inventory levels, identify gaps or risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain target service levels

Collaborate with purchasing, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure adequate supply and resolve material constraints

Analyze demand and supply data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Prepare and maintain supply chain metrics, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, lead time reduction, and inventory optimization

Pay: 50-60

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
