THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
The Supplier Operations Sr. Analyst will support and execute Ulta Beauty’s enterprise-level initiatives by building strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with Brand Partners and internal cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Inventory/Planning, and Supply Chain. This role will focus on identifying opportunities to enhance performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment between internal and external partners to deliver business goals. The position will work across multiple functions to advance key strategies and strengthen Ulta Beauty’s supplier collaboration model.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
Manage and execute brand partner Collaboration, and Compliance activities, including but not limited to: EDI enablement, performance scorecard and charge-back reviews, quarterly business reviews, collaborative performance planning, and partner recognition programs. Lead and support cross-functional supply chain initiatives by developing project plans, documenting change management requirements, executing implementation activities, and overseeing governance to ensure sustainable solutions. Serve as a key contributor to enterprise-level joint initiatives by aligning internal and external partners, driving progress against strategic priorities, and delivering measurable business results. Pro-actively identify areas for operational improvement and partner performance enhancement by analyzing supply chain data, identifying root causes of recurring issues, and recommending data-informed solutions. Leverage data and analytics to forecast supply chain and partner performance trends, anticipate potential risks, and inform strategic decision-making across planning, inventory, and fulfillment processes. Plan and execute bi-annual brand partner events to enhance engagement, share key updates, and strengthen long-term partnerships.THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferredMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in supplier performance, collaboration, or a related function—preferably within the retail or supply chain industryProven experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives, with strong cross-functional collaboration across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and PlanningStrong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and transform insights into actionable strategiesProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferredWorking knowledge of supply chain and merchandising processes, with preferred experience using SAP S4 or querying enterprise databasesDemonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities, deliver against timelines, and support high-impact projects while using analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. Skilled at presenting insights and technical concepts to both technical teams and senior business stakeholdersExperience facilitating large meetings or trainings, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsTrusted and accountable business partner with a proactive approach and positive attitudeAdvocate for process improvement and change management, with a demonstrated ability to drive adoptionExperience with enterprise level project management, preferably within the context of a retail environment and/or supply chain Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAbility to set expectations and deliver results on timeReliable and accountable business partnerPositive attitude and advocate of change managementExperience with facilitating large meetings and executing trainingsPossess the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change.Travel – up to 10% for Brand Partner Visits, Ulta DC tours, and Conferences

The pay range for this position is $77,600.00 - $102,700.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
