Job Description

Drive workforce transformation by enabling the right technologies. The Endpoint Architect is the technical leader of the overall strategy and will lead transformation towards modern endpoint management.  The focus will be on building a secure, resilient infrastructure and the overall simplification of device management. This position will create solutions that develop the endpoint infrastructure standards to enable business strategy and deliver targeted business outcomes. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Evaluate, design and implement solutions to support and improve the enterprise infrastructure standards to align and contribute to the Endpoint Services strategy.Evolve the Modern Management strategy with a focus on workstations, mobile devices, processes and technical standards.Lead in the planning and designing of architecture, strategy, and roadmap of endpoint technologies in alignment with the organization’s vision.Analyze, influence, and translate business requirements into architectural blueprints that align with our Enterprise technology vision.Lead programs and propose solutions that drive innovation and cost-savings in endpoint technologies and present options and opportunities to senior leadership.Collaborate with IT and business partners across the enterprise to analyze, interpret, and document business, technical, budgetary, and operational requirements.Create and implement operational processes with metrics to continually improve the quality of endpoint services.Develop and maintain processes to test and integrate new endpoint software and hardware improvements.Provide Tier 3 subject matter expert-level operational support and mentorship for high-impact issues and major incidents.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:10+ years of IT-related experience demonstrating a growing progression of responsibilities including work in endpoint systems design, technology selection, and team leadership.Consistent track record with desktop engineering and endpoint system management, design, and architecture.Experience in developing a vision and completing supporting roadmaps for business strategy.Proficiency in IT functions such as desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone operating systems. Mobility, enterprise systems design, enterprise systems management, asset management, endpoint system security, and standard methodologies.Expertise in Endpoint management supporting technologies including SCCM, Entra, Active Directory, Win 11 Modern Desktop, VMware Workspace One, Azure, VDI solutions, Microsoft Intune, O365, WS1, Airwatch etc.Solid experience in designing, deploying, and supporting the Windows operating system using MEM.Have strong abilities in project management, planning, and communication.Shown success and demonstrable ability to effectively communicate with and influence decision-makers of all levels, including technology and business leaders.Lead development of architectural strategies for scalable, secure solutions addressing business needs.Expertise working in a regulated environmentBroad and deep expertise in the end user technology industry, providers, and design practices.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Colorado is $130,000.00–$216,600.00.
