Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

AT&T is looking fora Sr Specialist-Workforce Analytics to support the design, development and management of data warehouses to store workforce information and generate value-added reports for business clients.

What you'll do:

Data Management and Governance: Constructing and maintaining data tables, structures, and files while ensuring data integrity and adherence to governance standards. Managing internally developed databases and ensuring compliance with data security guidelines.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing complex workforce data to identify trends and insights. Creating specifications for reports and visualizations to meet business needs, presenting findings to stakeholders effectively.

Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to optimize workforce performance.

Other Duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to stakeholder collaboration, compliance, project management, and/or training.

How you'll contribute:

An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems.

Works with independent judgement on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing policy changes to improve functions.

Actions impact efficiency costs, schedules and client relationships.

Interacts primarily within the department and with General Managers and above across various teams.


What you'll need:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.

2+ years of related experience.

Certification is required in some areas.

Our Sr Specialist Workforce Analytics earns between $96,000 - $144,000 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
