As a Sr. Specialist Tech Service Mgmt, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, implementation, maintenance, administration, configuration, issue resolution, and technical support related to wireless services. The incumbent will provide expert troubleshooting and provisional support for wireless services and equipment provided to AT&T employees. Additionally, this position will contribute to new wireless growth initiatives essential to business objectives, including 5G Stand Alone deployment, upcoming NDA device launches, COU site support, and more. Candidate should demonstrate advanced problem-solving abilities concerning wireless provisioning, as well as device and configuration analysis.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Service Availability and Performance:Ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of IT/Network services to support uninterrupted business operationsIncident, Problem, and Change Management:Address and resolve incidents quickly, oversee changes to minimize service and exposure risks, and identify root causes to prevent future issuesConfiguration and Capacity Management:Maintain an accurate CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and manage system capacity and demand to meet current and future needsStakeholder Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with business units, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment, effective service delivery, and clear communicationManage technical insights, collaboration, and recommendations for network optimization/enrichment & streamlined operationsService Levels, Reporting, and Compliance:Define and ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements), provide regular performance reports, and manage compliance with regulations and risk factorsEnsure alternate routing and fault tolerance to ensure customer requirements are met


Required Experience:

2+ years of related experience; Certification is required in some areasDriving required
