Job Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Develop Software/Engineering to enable WME to achieve consistent, predictable, high-quality delivery. Implement best practices, tools, metrics, automation frameworks, and provide oversight in the areas of software development and testing. Deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing environment. Support business functions spanning Schwab’s Wealth and Investment Solutions including Schwab Wealth Advisory. Include unit tests and documentation for each software change. Actively participate in daily and weekly Agile ceremonies. Complete assigned work for each sprint. Identify and report any impacts to the timeline. .
What you haveJob Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master's in Computer Science or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor’s related experience w/ bachelor’s or 24 months of experience w/ master’s in a related occupation. . Experience must include 24 months of experience involving the following: Java; SpringBoot; Cloud Technologies; GIT; Rest APIs, and Postman; Automated, Integration, Regression and End to End testing; and Libraries and frameworks. .
We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
