**Key Responsibilities:** + Develop coding automation scripts and automation utilities to be implemented and executed in alignment with the defined scope which include (IST, E2E and Functional). + Select and apply appropriate structural design techniques to ensure that tests provide an adequate level of coverage. + Liaisons with technical peers (e.g., developers, architects, operations engineers) for RCA of technical issues and bottlenecks. + Works closely with peers and resolves technical queries and ensures RCA for all problems for his/her scope of work. + Designs and reviews test cases and scenarios. + Execute test case(s), determines full coverage of test scenarios in accordance with plans. + Provides recommendations for resolution of issues and proposes improvements to the code, system optimization and architecture (e.g., introducing specific types of test automation, contributing to the selection of appropriate tools to automate technical testing tasks). + Creates documentation, test ware and work products used in testing activities. + Ensures high quality documentation for requirement traceability and correctness and ensures compliance with system requirements and specifications, internal standards, and clients' needs. + Effectively participates in and/or leads formal knowledge transfer and informal reviews with peers/stakeholders. **Qualification** + Preferred bachelor’s degree in information systems technology, Computer Science, or Engineering; Developer nanodegree, or equivalent experience. + **Typically requires 9+ years of experience.** + 4+ years’ experience in automation testing and awareness of automation methodologies + In depth knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Ginger or any other automation tool). + 4+ years’ experience in combinations of: Java Testing or any other relevant automation framework + Hands-on experience working on at least one relevant tool. + Telecommunication experience/knowledge. + Amdocs business and cross-portfolio knowledge – an advantage. + Strong knowledge of application architecture design and technology. + Knowledge of DevOps tools, Jenkins, Git, Dockers extended to Cloud monitoring tools + Knowledge of Kafka, Couchbase and experience of Microservices testing is added advantage + Having Agile methodology, DevOps knowledge will give extra advantage **Skills:** **Must Have Skills:** + Agile methodology + Bitbucket + Kafka + Jenkins + Java + Microservices knowledge + Kafka **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Time Type:** Regular **Location:** IND:AP:Hyderabad / Argus Bldg 4f & 5f, Sattva, Knowledge City- Adm: Argus Building, Sattva, Knowledge City It is the policy of AT&T to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
