Overview
Network Integration Roadmap (NITRO) team is responsible for ensuring Service Assurance and Network Platform Monitoring solutions are defined, configured, deployed and working reliably for cloud-based Network Platforms. Focus currently is on Azure Operator Nexus (AON) Platform project. Work with the team defining integrated network monitoring design, data/process management and automation for Mobility Core Network service assurance.
Key Roles/Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end integrated solutioning and design of service assurance capabilities.Assist with the creation of monitoring alerts, defined based on logs and metrics made available by our vendors.Test and troubleshoot Lab alerts to help resolve fault and performance issues, identify gaps in monitoring capabilities, and assist in defining solutions to monitoring gaps. Analyze Mobility network monitoring data, preferably using AI/ML to identify issue trends, correlations.Define troubleshooting processes and demo to Operations.Create monitoring data visualizations (e.g., workbooks, dashboards, customized reports, summary charts and data analytics) to provide clear data-based views of network fault and performance issues.Qualifications
1+ years of experience performing network solutioning assignments, service assurance testing and/or troubleshooting, and performing data analytics.Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.Preferred Skills
