The Sr Specialist Engagement, DEI & Wellbeing drives initiatives that create an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture. This role executes strategies that enhance employee engagement, promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and support wellbeing across the organization, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.

 

Employee Engagement

Design and implement data-driven programs that enrich the employee experience and align with company goals.Champion employee feedback through surveys and forums, using insights to drive change.Organize events and campaigns that build community and reinforce company values.

 

DEI & Wellbeing

Support programs that embed DEI and wellbeing principles into operations and culture.Track progress, manage audits, and provide data for certifications and benchmarks.Monitor trends and best practices to inform strategies.

 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement, DEI, and wellbeing into talent and business objectives.Align internal initiatives with external advocacy efforts.

 

Data & Reporting

Analyze and report on engagement and DEI metrics, providing actionable insights.Continuously refine programs based on data-driven feedback.

 

Budget & Compliance

Deliver initiatives within budget and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

College/Bachelor’s degree in any field.Minimum 6-8 years of experience with proven track in employee engagement, DEI programs, or Well-being initiatives.Strong strategic thinking and project management skills with ability to execute on multiple priorities.Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data to inform decisions and measure success.
