**Job Description:** **Roles and Responsibilities:** + **Data Engineering & Analytics:** + Design, develop, and optimize robust data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models using SQL, Snowflake (Data Share, Streamlit), and Azure cloud services. + Implement and maintain complex stored procedures and ensure high data quality, security, and compliance. + Architect and deploy enterprise-grade PowerBI dashboards and reports, utilizing advanced DAX, PowerBI Service, and various connectors for actionable business insights. + **Power Platform Solutions:** + Develop and implement business solutions using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), and Copilot Studio. + Automate repetitive business tasks and workflows by integrating with diverse data sources and APIs. + Build, train, and deploy AI-driven experiences and chatbots with Copilot Studio to streamline user interactions and provide intelligent support. + Create custom business applications using Power Apps tailored to organizational requirements. + **Collaboration & Support:** + Partner with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for data and Power Platform solutions. + Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to drive solution adoption and knowledge sharing. **Shift timing (if any):** 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST **Location / Additional Location (if any):** Bangalore **Overall Experience:** 10+ years **Primary / Mandatory Skills:** + 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL, and data analytics. + Expert-level proficiency in SQL and stored procedures. + Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake (including Data Share and Streamlit). + Proven track record in building and deploying PowerBI dashboards, reports, and advanced DAX formulas. + Strong understanding of process automation, custom app development, and AI integration within the Microsoft Power Platform. + Strong familiarity with PowerBI Service, diverse data connectors, and enterprise reporting capabilities. + Solid understanding of Azure cloud services for data storage, transformation, and analytics. + Experience architecting and optimizing complex data models for business intelligence. + Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. + Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities. **Secondary / Desired Skills:** + Experience with other visualization platforms (Tableau, Qlik, etc.) is a plus. + Exposure to data governance, master data management, and cloud security best practices. + Familiarity with Python, Streamlit app development, or other modern scripting languages. + Certifications in Azure Data Engineering, PowerBI, or Snowflake. **Education Qualification:** BE, BTech, MCA Certifications (if any): Azure AI/ML certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate), Python, AI/ML modeling, and relevant cloud and front-end framework certifications. \#DataEngineering **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Time Type:** Regular **Location:** IND:KA:Bengaluru / Innovator Building, Itpb, Whitefield Rd - Adm: Intl Tech Park, Innovator Bldg It is the policy of AT&T to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
