Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques.Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure cloud, utilizing Azure AI services, storage, and compute resources.Integrate generative AI models into web-based products and services, collaborating with front-end developers on JavaScript, React, or Next.js.Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs using FastAPI for serving AI models and integrating with web or enterprise applications.Design, build, and optimize AI agent workflows and applications using LangChain and LangGraph for complex, multi-step reasoning and orchestration.Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into robust, production-ready AI systems.Ensure best practices for AI model development, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.Drive adoption of MLOps and DevOps practices on Azure for continuous integration and delivery of AI models.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, cloud AI services, and web frameworks; disseminate insights to the broader team.Champion the ethical use of AI, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.Communicate complex technical concepts and project outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Primary / Mandatory Skills:

(Optional) Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, LLMs, etc.).Proven expertise in architecting and deploying AI solutions on Azure (Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, etc.).Hands-on experience developing and deploying RESTful APIs using FastAPI.Expertise in building AI agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.Proficiency in Python and major AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, security, scalability, and cost optimization on Azure.Experience integrating AI models into web applications; familiarity with front-end frameworks such as JavaScript, React, or Next.js.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.

Secondary / Desired Skills:

Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines on Azure.Knowledge of data visualization libraries and user experience (UX) best practices.Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications.Experience in full-stack development is a plus.

BE, BTech, MCA

Certifications (if any):
Azure AI/ML certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate), Python, AI/ML modeling, and relevant cloud and front-end framework certifications.
