Sr Specialist Compliance Analyst

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Overall Purpose: Ensures organizational adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies by overseeing the development and implementation of compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and performing control audits to safeguard data security, privacy, and customer protection. The Sr Specialist Compliance Analyst assumes targeted, clear-cut responsibilities involving data collection, analysis, and tracking while conducting risk assessments and performing control audits to ensure E&LA remains compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop and Administer Compliance Programs: Support/lead the development, implementation, and administration of compliance programs, including the creation and maintenance of compliance documentation and measurement tools.

Conduct Risk Assessments and Compliance Reviews: Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews to identify potential issues and ensure effective risk management practices; perform control audits as needed.

Collect, Track, and Analyze Compliance Data: Collect, track, and analyze data related to compliance activities; provide recommendations to resolve compliance issues and enhance compliance processes.

Prepare Reports, Maintain Documentation, and Deliver Training: Prepare detailed compliance reports, maintain comprehensive documentation, and develop and deliver compliance training, as needed, to educate employees on regulatory requirements.

Key Focus Areas: Provide support across key areas including E-Rate support, Brand Impact Review, auditing/compliance activities, CPC administration, and tracking/adherence to compliance and EH&S regulations.

Collaborate with Stakeholders and Monitor Regulations: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—including third-party suppliers and regulatory bodies—and stay current on changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance programs remain up to date.

Job Contribution: An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge who applies organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems. Works with independent judgment on broad projects with minimal supervision and supports policy changes to improve function. Actions may impact efficiency, costs, schedules, and client relationships. Interacts primarily within the department and with General Managers and above across various teams.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 2+ years of related experience is preferred. In-depth experience with Microsoft suite of services specifically Excel and PowerPoint.. Knowledge of CORE tool would be very valuable.

Our Sr Specialist Compliance Analyst earns between $87,200 and $130,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
