Join our team as Sr Specialist Brand Strategy & Media to play a key role in the planning, implementation, and performance tracking of our advertising and communication strategies. This role requires a results-oriented marketer with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies. You will:
Review and validate media plans for advertising campaigns.Monitor the implementation and execution of media campaigns to ensure alignment with strategy and timelines.Support the development and follow-up of communication strategies across media channels.Coordinate and maintain communication with key media partners and platforms.Collaborate with internal and external teams on the development of campaign performance reports.Contribute to decision-making processes regarding media investments and budget allocation.Assist in the review and approval of creative and communication content aligned with brand guidelines.Act as a project lead for specific initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.At least 2+ years of previous experience in marketing, advertising, or communications roles working with media agencies, content creation, or brand communicationsUpper Intermediate English Level.Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to self-manage and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.Agency management experience.Storytelling and presentation skills for building compelling reports and narratives.Resilience and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Negotiation skills and stakeholder management.You Can Expect from the Role:
