Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science is required.Scrum Master certification required.2+ years of Scrum Master experience overseeing multiple teams.2+ years of software development experience using the Pega platform.3+ years of overall technology experience.1+ years of experience with supporting & managing service modernization efforts to get off legacy services to improve reliability, resiliency and scalability.Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification required.Experience with both Kanban and Scrum methodologies.Experience in coaching and leading teams new to Agile.Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and processes.Must be an excellent team leader with the ability to influence and negotiate.Understanding of software development skills.Experience using Work Tracking Tools (Jira preferred).Experience with communicating status and providing updates to executive level management.Experience with negotiating prioritization between Product Owners and Technical leadership.Experience working with agile methodology on large scale, technically complex projects for a large enterprise.Preferred Qualifications
