Skills and Requirements MUST HAVES: • 7+ years of solutions architecture experience, including 4+ years designing enterprise solutions across ERP, CRM, CCaaS ( NiCE, Genesys) and digital ecosystems. • Strong understanding of enterprise integration (middleware, microservices, APIs, event-driven patterns). • Experience with cloud platforms and modern delivery practices. • Experience working in healthcare/MedTech or other regulated industries, with familiarity in compliance practices (HIPAA, GDPR). • Experience with contact center integrations, customer journey platforms, and omnichannel architectures. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to design effective solutions in dynamic, evolving environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design & Architecture: • Design end-to-end technical solutions across ResMed's enterprise ecosystem (ERP, CRM, CCaaS, digital platforms).  ○ ResMed uses Oracle for ERP and NiCE as a contact center platform • Produce and maintain architecture deliverables: system context diagrams, sequence flows, integration models, data flows, and non-functional requirements. • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory/compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR). • Define integration approaches (APIs, events, middleware), data patterns, and resiliency strategies. 2. Technical Leadership: • Partner with engineering teams to guide implementation and ensure architectural integrity throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Lead architecture design reviews for Global Revenue and promote engineering best practices (reusability, maintainability, observability) within the team. • Champion scalability, performance, reliability, and cost awareness in all solution designs. • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Innovation: • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into solution architectures and actionable delivery plans. • Communicate complex architecture concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Provide technical leadership for vendor evaluations and technology selection. • Assess emerging technologies and contribute to the evolution of Resmed’s digital and customer experience architecture. • Participate in proof-of-concepts (POCs) and solution pilots to validate new ideas and technologies. 4. Governance & Continuous Improvement: • Maintain architecture documentation, reference patterns, and design standards. • Promote adherence to ResMed’s data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. • Continuously improve architecture processes, tools, and methodologies to increase delivery speed and quality.
