As a Senior Software Engineer working on AI visualizers for Lowe’s, you will use your expertise to guide and support your team to develop and successfully implement complex software solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Resolve complex cross-functional architecture and design challenges by simplifying, optimizing, and removing bottlenecks across portfolios, leveraging Java, Python, Microservices, Spring Boot, FastAPI, SQL, and NoSQL.
+ Drive the creation of scalable, maintainable, and standards-compliant enterprise application solutions using modern frameworks and AI-assisted development tools.
+ Independently lead high-impact projects, contribute to planning and prioritization, and provide technical guidance to Software Engineers.
+ Mentor team members through all phases of the software development lifecycle, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and architectural standards.
+ Support SIT and UAT for large-scale initiatives, troubleshoot escalated issues, and ensure seamless integration and deployment using Docker and cloud-ready practices.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 5 years of experience in software development or a related field
+ 4 years of experience in any of following competencies: frontend technologies (user interface/user experience), middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces), database technologies, or DevOps
+ 4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
**Preferred Skills/Experience**

+ 6 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization
+ 6 years of experience working with source code control systems, defect or incident tracking software, and/or writing technical documentation in a software development environment
+ 6 years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions 4 years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
+ 4 years of experience leading teams, with or without direct reports
+ Experience working with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment tools

Pay Range: $95,100.00 - $180,700.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
