The Publix Accounting Automation & AI Team is a new team forming to tackle the contemporary challenges of automating complex processes and creating AI agent to perform repetitive tasks which require cognitive reasoning.  In this role, you'll be a key player in collaborating with enterprise teams to assess requirements, design innovative solutions, and develop cutting-edge systems. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, planning, development, and problem-solving skills, and will excel at communicating effectively with management, peers, technology vendors, and business customers.

Responsibilities:Design and develop enterprise-grade technology solutions with a focus on performance, stability, scalability, and usabilityUtilize modern development methodologies with a cloud-first approach, incorporating CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar toolsMentor developers on best practicesLead and participate in design and development meetings using Agile and traditional methodologiesCreate comprehensive documentation for technical design, system specifications, and test outcomesServe as a subject matter expert for assigned applicationsParticipate in an on-call rotation for production support#LI-JB1
