About the Role:

AIOps Engineer - We are seeking an AIOps Engineer to drive the implementation and optimization of AI-powered operations for agentic systems across our cloud infrastructure. This role combines expertise in cloud services, machine learning operations, and automation to enable intelligent, self-managing systems that enhance our operational efficiency and reliability. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our next-generation AI agents and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AIOps solutions leveraging AWS services including SageMaker, S3, Glue, Kinesis, ECS, and EKS for intelligent automation and monitoring.

Build and maintain contact center solutions at scale, integrating AI-driven capabilities for enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency.

Implement and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes across multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability and scalability of AI services.

Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines for model training, deployment, and data management across cloud-native and cloud-agnostic environments.

Design and implement ChatOps solutions integrated with AIOps automation to enable conversational interfaces for operational tasks and incident management.

Architect and build data lake solutions, data pipelines, and inference pipelines using event driven architectures to support real-time AI decision-making.

Automate model lifecycle management including versioning, CI/CD, testing, deployment, observability, monitoring, and governance aligned with enterprise standards.

Integrate Generative AI capabilities (LLMs, multimodal models) into business workflows to enhance automation, productivity, and decision intelligence.

Develop Python-based automation scripts and tools for rule management, system integration, and orchestration of cloud services.

Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Kafka, Azure DevOps, and AWS DevOps for continuous delivery of AIOps solutions.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or ML engineering with focus on operational automation.

Hands-on experience with AWS services including SageMaker, S3, Glue, Kinesis, ECS, and EKS.

Proficiency in container orchestration with Kubernetes and experience in multi-cloud environments.

Strong programming skills in Python with experience in automation, integration, and API development.

Experience with ML model deployment and monitoring in production environments.

Knowledge of event-driven architectures and streaming technologies (particularly Kafka).

Familiarity with CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps and AWS DevOps.

Understanding of data pipeline architectures and experience building ETL/ELT workflows.

Experience with API development using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.

Knowledge of infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with MLOps/GenAIOps tools and frameworks (MLflow, SageMaker, Bedrock, LangSmith, LangGraph).

Hands-on experience implementing ChatOps solutions and conversational AI interfaces.

Experience conducting research and proof-of-concepts for emerging GenAI tools (LangChain, MS Copilot, OpenAI Agent Builder).

Knowledge of workflow orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Prefect).

Experience with contact center technologies and solutions.

Familiarity with observability platforms and AIOps monitoring tools. Understanding of model governance, explainability, and responsible AI practices.

Experience with vector databases and RAG architecture.

Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Machine Learning Specialty).
