As part of our experienced and growing team, you'll play a crucial role in unlocking self-service automation for a wide range of support scenarios, integrating diverse backend systems from across Amazon and within our organization.

This role offers a unique blend of customer-facing impact and deep technical challenges. Your work will be prominently displayed on Amazon.com and the Amazon Shopping app, reaching millions of customers daily. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with teams throughout the company, diving deep into our Devices, Subscriptions, and Digital spaces. Key job responsibilities
- Analyze and Solve difficult engineering problems with elegant and practical code with appropriate design documentation.
- Help define engineering best practices and providing technical mentorship to other members of the engineering team.
- Be a champion for the customer and ensuring their needs always come first.
- Design and build software for front end clients and server systems.
