Sr ServiceNow (IRM/BCM) Admin
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a candidate that will serve as the day-to-day ServiceNow IRM / BCM system administrator for risk modules. This individual will have to add, update, and deactivate user accounts and roles based on approved requests. Additionally, will need strong documentation skills for running scheduled reports, tracking and documenting user access requests and role assignments for GRC modules. The candidate will also assist in preparing training materials for new users based on guidance from the GRC Lead. Skills and Requirements - Needs to have 5+ years of experience in a financial background working in General Risk and Compliance - Needs to have experience supporting design sessions by taking details notes on workflows, data structures, and field logic - Needs to be technically savvy within ServiceNow - Experience preparing and maintaining data integrations documentation between ServiceNow and other bank systems - Experience running scheduled reports to monitor usage, performance and error logs - Great communication and documentation skills - Experience working with stakeholders - Worked with cross functional teams - Previous administrative background
