Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Development:Design, develop, and implement flawless HR solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro, and Lifecycle Events.
1. Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate seamless integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors LMS, and custom platforms).
Develop and maintain flows, business rules, and UI policies to optimize the employee experience.
Technical Expertise:Configure and manage ServiceNow HR applications, including the creation of custom forms, tables, reports, and portal widgets.
1. Write and debug complex JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Flow Designer scripts to support advanced automation needs.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and transform maps.
Collaboration:Work closely with HR teams, business analysts, and technical leads to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
1. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on standard methodologies for ServiceNow development.
Platform Optimization:Perform system upgrades, health checks, and performance tuning to ensure the platform runs optimally.
1. Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
Recommend improvements to improve system functionality and user experience.
Compliance and Documentation:Ensure solutions align with industry standards, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, SOX), and organizational policies.
1. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all solutions and configurations.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).Advanced expertise in ServiceNow modules, including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center.Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and workflow configuration.Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and data transformation techniques.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow certifications such as:Certified System Administrator (CSA)
1. Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery (CIS-HR)
