Key Responsibilities:

Operate the L1 Helpdesk on Dynamics365, LBP, LPH, and CRM sales systemsHandle emails, phone calls & live chats and RM HelpDesk tickets on related sales - LPH/LBP/Dynamics365/CRM - systemsGuide users in system access & navigation, deal registrations, bids, and partner registrationResolve issues in cases within time-to-close targetsRaise IT tickets, if needed, for next-level resolution, and cooperate with IT to get resolution on timeSatisfy/Delight customers in their Helpdesk experienceProblem-solvingDeal with hard partnersShare new issues and case resolutions and putting them to knowledgebaseProvide feedback for further improvementsPropose process changes to improve efficiencySupport system enhancements by testing functionalities, developing/delivering training and executing deployment
Position Requirements:
Proven track record in a similar roleWillingness to work on public holidays as needed to serve sales and partners WWStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-departmentsFluent in English, other languages are an advantageStrong knowledge of the sales systemsGood knowledge of ExcelKnowledge of other systems (Windchill, ECC, etc.) is an advantage.What Can we offer:A multitude of professional and personal opportunities (career growth,… change wording) Charity, volunteering,…. Base gross monthly salary from 1800 EUR , depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
