As a Senior Commercial Application Manager, you are responsible to prepare proposals/bids, to lead contract negotiations and to be in charge of strategic commercial initiatives in APAC region.

As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

Executing reports and ensuring contracting and commercial works (including ordering) meet business and operating objectives.Working closely with Sales and Project Management teams to provide contract support on.Being responsible for detailed technical proposal preparation, development program management, product pricing and contract negotiations.Leading negotiation with customers and functions to ensure full compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.Partnering with commercial finance and sales management/commercial leadership to align and prioritize pipeline in the regions.Lead strategic analysis and scenario modellingDefining commercial strategy on Price and Margin - leverage ROI evaluation

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's from an accredited academic institution.Have at least 7 years of commercial or technical experience, with commercial management.Have deep knowledge in Commercial Proposals, Costing, Value Pricing, Terms and Conditions, Sales Management, Cash Flow, Contract Negotiations, Pipeline Management, Data Analysis.Have project-management skills - expert level ability to manage short cycle projects.Have strong leadership, negotiation skills and strategic thinkingHave verbal, written, and presentation skills - ability to effectively communicate and influence Senior Leadership.
