To guarantee Orders Intake volume which reflects in the profitability objectives for each product line of Grid Systems Integration Business
To analyze the market perspectives, trends, and the manage opportunities pipeline for the covered market region and/or segment
CRM Data-Quality: Guarantee opportunities life cycle within the CRM tool are fully updated.
To Identify, develop, and establish strategies aligned with the GEV Electrification Business and GSI LAM strategic objectives.
To develop, structure and deploy sales plan, for the covered market region and/or segment to maximize business results, in terms of volume and profitability
Observing, analyzing, and understanding different market contexts, evaluating internal and external variables to early engage opportunities and customer’s needs.
To map customer stakeholders’ structure, identifying decision makers, people influence map. To manage promoters and detractors and define relationship strategy to guarantee advantage business positioning.

To establish long-term relationship with key stakeholders in the market, guaranteeing, therefore, the needed intimacy to approach commercial strategies.
To develop and implement strategies to understand, improve, and consolidate the customer experience throughout offering process.
To Identify, evaluate, support and develop strategic alliances & partnerships for the project’s cost efficient and profitable development of business opportunities.
To manage and present detailed and accurate pipeline reports of marketing trends and sales perspective to region leadership level.
To follow the KPI's and performance monitoring for the for the covered market region and/or segment.
To guarantee commercial offers are made in full compliance with the business policies and the governance established by the GEV, in terms of risk analysis and mitigation, competitive strategy, and technical and legal requirements.
Support “Commercial Operations Team” in all contract negotiations, maximizing commercial negotiation conditions, risks mitigations and full governance are defined in the contractual documents.
Participate and make presentations at energy forums or customer seminars with the participation of Regional Sales Director, account managers and business developers .
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in electrical, electromechanical and/or related engineering
Desirable postgraduate degree in commerce, business marketing, strategic sales, finance
Specific knowledge required in prospecting, negotiation and closing, qualification, structuring customer service and CRM Tools
5+ years of experience in Mexico for Generation, Transmission in Mexico country
5+ years of experience in Mexico for O&G, Mining, Pulp&Papper and other primary industries is desirable
Experience in Datacenters market is desirable
Language advanced in English, Spanish (for LAM positioning) and Portuguese (for BRA positioning) are required.
