The responsibilities of a senior sales manager can include: KEY RESPONSBILITIES: + Lead US Sales Team: Sales Manager, Account Managers, Customer Support Representatives. + Supporting and advising the existing customer base, as well as our customers' standard and special projects + Conducting price and contract negotiations with new and existing customers + Supporting customer projects from conception to series production + Analyzing data from internal systems and external sources to identify opportunities to improve sales performance + Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products or services + Managing an existing sales team, (Sales Manager, Account Managers, Customer Support Representatives) providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help them increase their performance + Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives + Leading and motivating sales team to exceed sales targets and maximize revenue + Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service + Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions + Expand market presence globally by identifying and entering new markets and strengthening relationships with new and existing OEM customers + Lead sales initiatives to enter new markets and diversify go to market channels to gain better capital equipment and aftermarket business mix + Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy with a focus on customer engagement, improving pricing, and competitive positioning EDUCATION: + Engineering Degree + Bachelor’s Degree, in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field as a plus. EXPERIENCE: + Must have substantial experience in sales, including a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key account management. + Must have experience in leading sales teams, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. + Must have experience in business development and forecasting. + On-the-job training in advanced sales techniques, leadership skills, and strategic planning is essential. + Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
