Are you passionate about building relationships and driving growth in e-commerce? As a Vendor Manager, you'll collaborate with Italian-speaking partners across Europe, helping them expand their business while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll use your analytical and relationship-building skills to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and contribute to the success of both vendors and customers in the Italian market.
You'll provide strategic guidance and education to help optimize their performance through consultancy, process improvements and self-service solutions.
This hands-on role is an opportunity to become an expert in your field, while developing meaningful long-term relationships with your business partners. You'll also partner cross-functionally to streamline systems, automate workflows and drive innovation benefiting both our customers and vendors.

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2200 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Key job responsibilities
• Proposing annual terms and conditions as well as costs throughout the year, and aligning on new services with our vendors to build joint business plans with Amazon.
• Optimizing vendor’s portfolio of products listed on the Amazon marketplace, their visibility and sales
• Collaborating with vendors to improve their operational excellence and supply chain
• Demonstrating natural curiosity to learn a variety of internal business tool, programs and processes to identify the right business opportunities while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Managing business and legal escalations through critical problem solving to find sustainable solutions.
• Conducting deep dives to identify new opportunities to innovate and automate processes for better selling partner experience
• Taking ownership of impactful business driven projects by engaging with internal business stakeholders to dictate the direction of various programs. You will own entire processes, train peers, share best practices and ensure impact on the internal/external business
• Industry expertise in one of the following product categories: Electronics, Clothing and Fashion, Home and Living, Books, Consumables
• Experience with Retail/E-Commerce or selling to Retail organizations
