Job DescriptionPay Rates Starting between: $19.25 - $31.80 / hour
The Commercial Customer Service Representative’s primary focus is to assist customers and SC Sales staff place fuel/oil orders and work with SC Dispatch to coordinate deliveries. Additional tasks include fielding customer questions on product information, account and delivery status. Candidates must be customer service oriented, capable of multi-tasking & problem solving. Excellent phone skills are a must. Candidate must have basic computer skills, bilingual Spanish/English preferred. The Customer Service Person will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Answer calls, emails and faxes from customers and/or Sales Staff placing orders.Work with Operations to ensure deliveries meet customer needs & timelines.Answer basic customer questions regarding products, including pack sizes, availability & pricing.Set up new delivery locationsInput orders into SC Billing System & Dispatch Module QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesKnowledge of relevant computer applications – Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to type 40+ wpmBilingual preferred Additional InformationSchedule: Typical work schedule would be M-F (8:00AM to 5:00PM).
