Sr R&D Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming NSR requests, ensuring timely and high-quality technical assessments and necessary documentation and presentations towards SCRB.Secure adherence to project gates for ongoing Non-Standard Order projects.Guide, help, and mentor project managers within the team to complete assessments and projects flawlessly.Responsible for delivering comprehensive and high-quality reports to the Business Unit.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, specifically within R&D.Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.Ability to strictly adhere to project timelines and quality standards.Strong collaboration and mentoring abilities to support team success.Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborator engagement.
