Position Summary: As the Sr Quality Specialist - you will be reporting to site Quality Program Administration Manager. You are responsible to oversee and enhance Parker Meggitt’s Quality Approved Supplier List (ASL) and Document Management System. You will be responsible for communicating key Quality reports and supporting the continuous improvement of our Business Quality Management System (BQMS). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, while supporting various operational and strategic quality initiatives across the organization. JOB CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and maintain the Quality Approved Supplier List (ASL), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates. • Manage and oversee the Document Management System, including document control, revision processes, and accessibility. • Support and lead Internal Auditor Training programs to enhance audit readiness and quality awareness. • Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation, expertise, and support to audit teams. • Run and analyze key quality metrics and KPIs for the Quality Department, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Communicate document control performance, quality metrics, and system effectiveness clearly and effectively to senior management. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with the Business Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to support operational and strategic quality initiatives. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality systems. JOB SPECIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelors Degree preferred. • Proven experience managing quality systems, document control, and supplier quality processes. • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards (e.g., AS9100, FAA, EASA, CAAC, etc..). • Experience with internal and external audits, including audit preparation and follow-up. • Proficient in quality metrics reporting and data analysis. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all organizational levels. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with quality management software and quality management tools.
