As a Sr Quality Management System Engineer here at Honeywell, you will develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO9001, RBA, IATF16949, VDA6.3 and other customer specific requirements. Management document control system (Team Center using in HON/Solstice Chonburi site). This position is to fulfill additional specific requirements from new customers especially in TIM business which is the major growth for Chonburi site. Key Responsibilities + Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. + Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals. + Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and generate reports for management review. + Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles and practices. + Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality. + Ensure effective communication of quality-related information across the plant wide. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. + Proven experience in quality management systems, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment. + Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, etc.). + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, 8D methodology is preferable. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in quality management software and tools. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. + Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified QMS, Six Sigma, Quality Core Tools, etc). + Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. + Good communication in English.
