We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. Sr Project Professional (Repair and Overhaul Center)
Bring your skills and experience as a Sr Project Professional who is responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities. Serves as the primary point of contact for Bell’s cross-functional teams including program suppliers, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing build, and business operations.A successful candidate in this role will interface with all levels of Bell management and customers to ensure execution of our customer commitments. This position is based at Bell’s Repair Overhaul Center in Ft. Worth, Texas.
What you’ll be doing as a Sr Project Professional
Plan, organize and provide project leadership for activities related to COE execution.
Create and maintain project plans, determine required deliverables and milestones, assign resources, and estimate tasks.
Identify and manage project risks and areas in need of improvement within the COE and take action as appropriate.
Monitor project progress and report project performance status (cost and schedule earned values).
Capture process and product requirements defined by Subject Matter Experts.
Supports special projects and assignments, including departmental and company outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with multiple departments (engineering – all disciplines, manufacturing, procurement, finance, IT, supply chain, integrated operations, quality, contracts), customers, suppliers, and partners from different location.
Contribute to project management tools and processes and shared lessons learned.

Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree is required. Major in Business Administration, Human resources or related field is preferred.
5 years overall experience with project management, supporting aviation/manufacturing environments, and/or other related role.
Previous experience with Earned Value Management is preferred.
