Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level IT portfolio consolidation and transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the CIO, this role will drive executive reporting, implement project management best practices, and guide teams through change in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: * Senior Project Manager will consolidate and oversee IT project portfolios aligned with strategic goals * Lead executive-level reporting on project performance, status, and financials * Implement KPIs and best practices to improve delivery and governance * Transition project management tools from Jira to ServiceNow (SPM experience valued) * As a Senior Project Manager, you will support migration from legacy platforms and onboard teams to new systems * Provide hands-on leadership for complex initiatives as needed * Collaborate with project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and IT financial analysis
