The PJM is a “Mini General Manager” of New Product Development projects. The candidate should possess strong leadership and project management skills.

Job Requirements Take total ownership of one or more New Product Development projects Lead the Core Team toward a common objective. Manage resources:  Ensure the project is “staffed for success”    Negotiate with functional managers and Project Approval Committee (PAC) to alleviate resource constraints as needed "Discipline the System"  Ensure that the team are operating according to the development process  Keep people focused on the matters at hand as well as their area of responsibility Report out project status to PAC following contract date Be proactive to take actions and get thing done Resolve conflict and controversial issues What your background should look like Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering with total 5-10 years of experience. 5 years + of Project Management with full cycle New product development experience in industrial product / Hardware domain Experience working in global organization. Experience with automotive industrial experience.
